    Handmade items take 7 to 14 working days depending on complexity.
Shipping & Delivery
  • What are your shipping charges?
    We charge a flat rate of Rs. 250 across Pakistan.
  • Which courier services do you use?
    We ship via reliable local couriers including TCS, Leopards, and PostEx.
  • How can I track my parcel?
    We will Whatsapp or email a tracking link once dispatched.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Currently, we only ship to cities within Pakistan.

Payments & Returns

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfer.
  • Do custom orders require advance payment?
    Yes, custom items require a 50% advance payment via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa.
  • What is your return policy?
    We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
  • What if my item arrives damaged?
    Contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing proof.

  • How do I wash my crochet items?
    Hand wash gently in cold water using a mild detergent.
  • Can I machine wash them?
    No, machine washing can stretch, warp, or unravel the yarn.
  • How should I dry my crochet products?
    Lay them flat on a clean towel; never wring or hang them.
  • What if my item arrives damaged?
    We use high-quality local and imported acrylic/cotton yarns that do not bleed.
