  • Ownership: All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, images, text, graphics, logos, and digital downloads, is the exclusive property of Made by Sisters.
  • Prohibited Use: Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification of our product designs or media for commercial use is strictly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted under the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 and reported to the FIA Cybercrime Wing.
2. Accuracy of Content & Pricing
  • Product Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, because our items are handmade / screen displays vary, minor variations may occur.
  • Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies on the site, even after an order has been submitted. In such cases, we will contact you before processing the shipment.
3. Order Acceptance & Right to Cancel
  • Verification: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
  • Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity, non-compliance with payment terms, or if a Cash on Delivery (COD) customer fails to verify their order via phone/WhatsApp.
4. Limitation of Liability
  • Website Interruptions: We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • Product Misuse: Made by Sisters shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of our products once delivered.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
  • Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of transactions with this store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
