🚚 Delivery Areas & Rates
  • Coverage: We ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.
  • Flat Rate: We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 on all orders.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,000.
⏱️ Processing & Delivery Timelines
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Custom / Handmade Items: Require 7 to 14 working days to craft before shipping.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your city.
  • Peak Delivery Days: Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. No deliveries are processed on Sundays or National Holidays.

📍 Order Tracking
  • Live Status: As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an Whatsapp and/or email containing your tracking number.
  • How to Track: You can track your package directly on the courier’s official website or through our automated fulfillment notifications.
🏠 Delivery Conditions & Verification
  • Address Verification: Please ensure your shipping address, city, and active mobile number are 100% correct at checkout.
  • Confirmation Call: First-time Cash on Delivery (COD) customers may receive a verification call or WhatsApp message. Unverified orders will be canceled after 48 hours.
  • Open Parcel Policy: Please note that our courier partners do not allow customers to open the parcel before making the payment for Cash on Delivery orders. If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Return Policy to file a claim.
🛑 Lost or Damaged Packages
  • If your package arrives physically damaged, please record a quick unboxing video and contact our support team via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery so we can issue a replacement.
